鎂軟糖

The raspberry flavor is genuinely good, not that chalky vitamin taste I was bracing for. One serving gives 170mg of elemental magnesium, which is a solid dose for an adult, and a bottle lasts me the full month.

I actually look forward to taking these before bed now — the raspberry flavor is genuinely good and not chalky like the capsules I used to choke down. Two gummies give me 170mg, and my evening leg cramps have mostly stopped.

These gummies are strong but don't taste like chalk at all, the raspberry flavor actually masks the magnesium citrate really well. One serving gives me a solid 170mg boost, and a single bottle lasting the whole month makes restocking easy to track.
